Hi, My hubby has the flu and we all know what big babies men can be when they are sick! I've been giving him immune boosters, Vitamin C and 'flu cocktail'. He can't take time off work as he has just been promoted to management and he is snowed under with his work load. I just want to know what I can do to make him feel better as he insists he does not need a doctor, but then he sits in meetings with a terrible fever!

I'm coordinating a gathering among friends and family in late April and am looking to serve Plank Grilled Salmon with a miso glaze.

I'm wondering what cocktails or drinks would go well with that dish. I was thinking of a ginger beer (equal parts tsingtao beer and ginger beer) but I'm not sure that would best compliment the flavors of the dish. I'm ideally looking for 1-2 cocktails and a wine/beer choice each. Ideally I'm looking for a cocktail to serve during the prep (before the meal) and a wine/beer choice during.

what do you think of this dress?

i have a semi-formal for school coming up in june and i'm looking for a dress. i found one today that i really loved and it looked great on me. the only things i'm hesitant about are, the color- since its in june, i was hoping for a more summery color. and the fact that it was the very first dress i tried on. i tried on others, but i didn't like them. i want to keep looking, but i don't want to get it and find a better one somewhere else, or not get it and don't find anything. know what i mean?
so anyways, the only place i could find it online was ebay, but if i do get it i'm getting it from the store.

Taco Bell Shrimp Tacos - a hit or a miss?

They are testing them in the city I live in. It is a soft taco with 6 marinated shrimp (small shrimp but larger than shrimp cocktail meat) lettuce and pico de gallo. They are kind of expensive - $2.79 each.

But the shrimp was firm and it tasted good.

Have you tried it? If you have tried it, what did you think of them?

(P.S. They are called "Pacific Shrimp Tacos")
